Career Clusters

Career Clusters at Homestead HS

Pathways are designed to help students develop a coherent sequence of preparation for college and careers. Utilizing the 16 Career Clusters, students can identify pathways from high school to two- and four-year colleges, graduate school or directly into the workforce. Recommended courses are also listed for each cluster.

Recommended courses may require prerequisites so please see the course description guide to determine proper sequencing. The courses are recommendations only and are not intended to direct students away from other areas of interest. The course recommendations are broad and general in order to match each career cluster, but not all courses are required for each occupation in that cluster.

For more information about career choices and relevant courses, students should see their school counselor.

Courses required for graduation are not listed in these lists.
